Put some pep(per) in your step! This often used saying gave us the idea of this French classic with Spanish temperament. The combination of chili pepper, chili flakes, onion and garlic sounds flammable, but is 'quenched' by the fresh orange. The result: a vinaigrette that soars like a rocket. Delicious on a salad, fish or as a base for a bowl of spicy shrimp from the oven. Keep the cervezas cold.

How to make it?
Measure the olive oil and white wine vinegar in a measuring cup.
Add honey to the bottle with a tea spoon.
Shake the bottle well and let it sit for at least 1 week.
After 1 week the vinaigrette is ready, filtering is not necessary.
